Finally, select the on (release) { line in the box on the left. Click on the + sign and choose stopDrag. Your window is now draggable. To test it, go to the main stage, make sure the movie clip Main Window is on the main stage and choose Control>Test Movie from the menu bar. You should now be able to drag your created window around the stage.
